I've been working as a freelance subtitler for about a year now and I have solely worked with client-owned online subtitling software (such as Netflix).

Even though I am proficient in spot and EZtitles, i prefer to work in those "free" platforms.

Do you have any recommendations on subtitling bureaus that also work with online software? The only one i really know of is Netflix.

And as for rates, what is the "regular" rate for subtitle translation for EN-NL

An agency has contacted me for subtitling work. They use Monal 2008 Le. I am new to subtitling and can't seem to find a decent tutorial for Monal online. I was thinking of asking them to move to using Aegisub or Subtitle Workshop 6 - suggestions of yours from over four years ago.

Of the two, which would you recommend?
