I am in need of some advise. What's your suggestion for a good software to convert .rtf to .sub. TIA

If you have a .txt file, the easiest way how to convert it to .srt is to change the file extension. Easy. In other cases, I usually use a subtitling software, e.g. Subtitle Workshop to open a file and save it in a required format (.srt or .sub). Hope this helps.
