| Description | The New York Circle of Translators (NYCT), which began in 1979 as a small group of dinner companions, has become a New York State not-for-profit corporation with several hundred members. It is governed by a set of Bylaws which regulate the internal affairs of the association. Our members are independent translators and interpreters as well as companies and organizations. NYCT is a chapter of the American Translators Association (ATA) which is, in turn, an affiliate of the International Federation of Translators (FIT). |
