Of course, if a bug occurs that ruins your cookies, it's a special scenario, but presumably you don't need to keep deleting all your cookies all the time.

Anyway, if Proz users want to keep accessing the site right until this problem has been fixed, it looks like they should not delete their Proz cookies.

I've experienced a number of flaws with Firefox, which is why I only use it occasionally. It most certainly shouldn't delete any cookies simply because of an update.

Thsnks to everybody for the suggestions.

However, tried/did everything, and all different browsers, but issue is still not fixed, hence still can’t log in to PoZ.com (writing this on ProZ mobile).

Also still no reply from support - which as a paying member is frustrating!

Also had this problem, works now Oct 11, 2024

Thanks to expressisverbis for raising this issue, I can confirm the fix works for now on Firefox (as I would otherwise be unable to post this reply).

Earlier, it wasn't working on any browser with any settings (I tried no less than five: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari).

I've managed to log in now after this temporary solution.
We're all waiting for this to be fixed and hope it doesn't happen again. 😉

I was out for a week, could not log in Oct 11, 2024

I suspect Edge is trying any possible way to become the favorite browser. I have all sorts of difficulties because of Edge that I definitely don't want to use. I am back to normal now. Hopefully it will last.

Don't let the 3.8-star rating put you off. It works 95% of the time for me, and I couldn't be any happier. Then again, I have zero tolerance in wasting my time solving captchas.

After clearing the cache and cookies, changing browsers, or trying to navigate in Incognito mode, technical problems should no longer occur. I believe this is due to the website's default settings and overall poor user experience. I'm relatively new here (I only started being an active member several months ago), and I still don't fully understand the interface.
