I can’t remember ever having a communication problem with a client. My regular clients are all from Europe and then I have two or three sporadic customers from the USA, Canada and the Phillipines. Usually our communication is limited to: “Are you available?”,“When will you deliver”? “Thanks very much”.

I wonder what the results (see below) of this poll are telling us - that the US, North/West Europe, Australia ecc., as well as Latin America, Southern Europe and Western Asia are more challenging in terms of a certain type of communication? Or does it suggest that the poll participants mainly come from other regions?
