Yes, always Aug 9, 2025

I have voted in every election held since the 25th April 1975. I couldn’t vote before.

Generally speaking, it's not inherently illegal or morally wrong to ask someone if they voted.

However, it's widely considered rude or intrusive to ask, especially if you're not in a close relationship with the person or the conversation is not specifically focused on politics or elections.

I would love to, but in "my country", which I have interpreted as where I live, it is not possible for a foreigner to vote. I'll get my passport soon and then it will be chop, chop!

It's an obligation here in my country.

We're in dictatorship, so it's imposible to vote over here Aug 11, 2025

So, our elections are not held in hish schools like the one I didn't vote in the last time, right across the street from our house. And my mom didn't vote when she had COVID. And the election comittee just typed in my personal details as if I'd voted for the right candidate. My only consolation is that the sining beacon of democracy allows anonymous voting in some of its States. And what a surprise it was to find out that the States where anonymous voting was allowed were also the ones where the D party happened to win! Post hoc ergo propter hoc, I know

Yes, it's mandatory Aug 11, 2025

Yes, since it's mandatory here.
However, whenever I don't fully trust or agree with either of the proposed candidates (we usually have half a dozen!), I nullify my vote by using fake ballots with candidates' memes available for free to print on the Internet.

This isn't sensitive information, as I'm not sharing any personal information.
Nullifying a vote isn't illegal, and half of the country does it; that is more than 50 million people, and voting down here is secret.

Therefore, I'm not as stressed to get such an oversensitive reaction about a simple voting poll. I'm sharing much more personal information on the paid surveys I do on my phone.
