On the one hand, the results are all marked by 0 percent. Is there an issue ?
On the other hand, I found some possibilities to verify my native language in Proz, but most of the time it requires money.

It is verified, but I can't remember doing something specifically to have it verified. Is it possible that it is done automatically one way or another if you are a paying member?

I'm not sure if this is only for paying members, however, I have verified my langugae by hovering over my personal picture at the top -> Edit Profile (Under My Profile) -> Languages (on the side bar)
Then you will have all the languages that you have reported that you're able to speak shown with a "Request verification" button next to it.

I got the verification shortly after.

It's a paying members only feature > https://www.proz.com/native-language-verification/
“Available with the ProZ.com Membership
Native Language Verification of multiple native languages is available to Standard or Plus Package Subscribers.”

Hi Maria Laura,
Thank you for providing this information.
I would like to add that for the first declared language, verification is automatic for any user, paying or non-paying.
If you need to verify a second one, this is possible only for paying members through a support request.
Regards,
Ana

Let me guess, ChatGPT or similar is verifying a translator's native language.
And it's a service available to paying Proz members? The gimmicks never end.

That's what I'm wondering as well. How is the first/native language verified? Can someone enlighten us? Because I don't remember any test to be passed or documentation to be submitted. But maybe there was and I've forgotten it. | | | | Zea_Mays Itália Local time: 03:34 Inglês para Alemão + ...

How verification works is described here: https://www.proz.com/native-language-verification/
I'd think they just assume that you are of course translating into your mother tongue, so there is no need for verification.
But that the first native language is automatically verified is not true, at least for me (I have 2 native languages).
