Depends on what is meant by conducting: all of it is received via email but delivering is another matter as sworn or certified translations are sent by courier service, snail mail or delivered in person.

Sometimes I will physically go to my 'gestor' or the tax or social security office, or similar. That's about all nowadays. I used to do the occasional stint as an interpreter or symposium secretary, but haven't done anything like that for years now.

It all comes and goes by email but I don't work in the cloud.

I've received a few sworn translation requests (as well as some interpretation jobs at police stations or notaries) in the last two years, but Covid has been a great excuse to turn down such jobs.. the less contact the better. That said, if they had been paying in EUR, I'd have braved catching the virus.

99% of my business is conducted online. Although sometimes a phone call is necessary, and I have struck up conversations with people at parties and at the dog park that led to me getting work.
