On average, around the 6.55 a.m. mark. This means in actual practice, as we sometimes get up very early in the day, like at 6.20 or something, that on certain days it can take until around 8.10 until we are up.

Usually my dog wakes me up between 6 and 7 a.m. I love to go out with her when there are no cars, everything is still calm and the streets are almost empty yet. After a few rainy days, today we watched the first rays of the sun appear in the sky. Another glorious day in Lisbon!

As a parent, I can't really choose the time I wake up... Would probably start the day later and as well work later in the night if I hadn't children !

I am afraid I am not as disciplined as I may sound, but the fact is that my dog is getting old (she is 13, which for a French bulldog is quite old as their life expectancy is 10-12 years) and going out very early in the morning is just a very efficient way of avoiding potty accidents. She is in very good health except for that…

By choice, I’d definitely get up “in the morning after noon” just to be awkward.
In practice, just after I wake up.

I have a nostalgic relationship with the sunrise. Being able to see and feel it would boost my mood to start the day. If I'm lucky and not having to stretch my work hours, I can see the sunset too, which I also have a nostalgic relationship with.
And yes, this also applies on Sundays. I'm very bad at normalizing my bed times, so I'll have to stick with the schedule.

I don't get up in the morning. But then again, I'm a night owl and don't go to sleep before 5 AM. I always get up at noon or slightly after, though.

I get up 5 AM everyday. I had accustomed to get up at this time.
