Tempo fa ho usato Aegisub (gratuito) e ho imparato ad usarlo con dei tutorial trovati su YouTube.
Se hai Trados 2019 o versioni superiori puoi scaricare il plugin Studio Subtitles, io ce l'ho ma non l'ho ancora testato.
