I am always happy to answer reasonable questions and implement small changes, but these were excessive and started taking me rather a lot of time.
After two rounds of questions and two rounds of source updates, I told my client that I would be charging my standard rate for any further work. He reacted a little grumpily and muttered something about not charging the end client for this so this would cost him money, but I believe he did talk to the end client after that. This was the end of that specific project. I still work with this client and his end client. Requests for explanations and updates tend to be reasonable these days. ▲ Collapse

Overly Demanding and Unrealistic

Occasionally, I receive inquiries from past customers that are unusual and unrealistic. If they are feasible, I typically accept and address them. If not, I kindly decline.
