Good planning. Arranging my work schedule in advance so that I can accomplish the necessary tasks within the required time, without undue stress.

Same. Plus a quiet environment (and possibly sunny weather).
What also boosts my productivity is touch typing, I am quite fast at it.

I don't think you can really reduce it to one thing. It's a combination of the right work environment, the right tools and a schedule that allows time for enough breaks.

Staying off social media also helps - I can recommend the Freedom app for anyone who struggles with this.
