Only when I'm offered low rates And I'm not quite sure, if it's my back that hurts. | | | | | Pedants R Us | May 31, 2021 |
Who chose other? We have invertebrates in this forum?!
Low back pain? I get high back pain. In my lower back.
Lower back? How many backs have I got?
Etc.
Recommended cures:
1. Move about regularly. Stand up to work. Walk. Exercise.
2. Lie back on a beach and sip cocktails while running it all through GT. | | | | Mervyn Henderson (X) Espanha Local time: 18:59 Espanhol para Inglês + ...
Guilty. I put that, because I never have any low back pain, but some customers can be a right pain in the neck.

Hi,
Everybody in this business knows that investing in a good ergonomic chair and a proper cushion on it is a must. So, no back pain...

I do have back pains though more to the middle than to the lower side (two disc hernias), but to be honest these are probably more related to age than to work… | | | | Liena V. Letónia Local time: 19:59 Membro (2014) Francês para Letão + ...
Usually not, but now that the gyms have been closed for almost 6 months and I've already exhausted all new walking routes, I am starting to feel some back pain. However, it's more in the shoulder and upper back area, not so much in the lower back.

You don't need a gym. Some simple stretching exercises will do the job. There are lots of videos on the internet showing you how to do them.

I know, I don't even need any videos for that. I had no problem doing exercises every day even when I had a broken leg a year ago. It's just that gym was easier to include in my daily routine because then I can treat it as a job: go there every afternoon when I'm done with work or when a certain group starts, exercise, then go home and have a nice evening. I could do exercises or take walks (and I still do, just not so regularly), but in the past couple months I've kind of lost motivation and suddenly work is taking up all the time, so I'm just waiting for the gym to open again (hopefully, in a couple weeks).

You could always advertise on here for a stretch buddy and then allot set times to do it together on Zoom or something.
Tom could do it along to his video collection, and you could follow his moves.

...even though I will reach the ripe old age of 69 tomorrow. my mother, the parent I take after the most, in every way, who will turn 97 in mid-August, doesn't suffer from any either. Hope it stays that way for both of us.

Nah, I don't like to be distracted during work(out) and I prefer to use the time to keep up my language skills watching foreign news channels on Youtube, but I fully support others who welcome the idea! Might even watch some of those videos when I'm back from the gym sipping a cocktail.

Did you know, Teresa, that Geminis are considered to be the most verbal of all the signs? I wouldn't be surprised, then, to find out that a lot of translators are Geminis!
I do stretching/pilates exercises every morning.
Maybe that is what helps. | | | | | Páginas no assunto: [1 2] > | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » Poll: Do you suffer from low back pain? | Draftsmith | Edit Translations Faster With Affordable AI You Can Trust
